Post Special OPS back on!! Reply with quote
I had forgotten how good the Uly sounded with the Special OPS. very happy  I uploaded my own variation of fuel map and the bike is much improved over the standard fuelling. I'll play with some data logging this weekend and see if I can improve the maps. (If I can find the time between traipsing my kids around)

I did notice the cages are moving over for me again. laughing

The ECM on Aus bikes is loaded with the European version of timing and fuel maps. Obviously the US version of timing and maps is different. Does anyone know which is the better baseline and why?

Yeah Tel,

I know what you mean as I love the sound of my Special Ops
Always brings a smile to my face as I start it (or get under it) smile

Not sure which is the better map
I do have a custom map but feel it can be improved on as I do get a bit of popping on decel
If you do any good I`d be interested in what map you are running

I've reduced the popping noticeably but I think there is more to go without leaning it off too much. Basically I have used the values taken from a US map created for a Special Ops pipe but I'm not using its timing values.
If I can I will do some datalogging and see what I can play with.
