BuellBabe has left the foldOk so BB is in Chch for the w/e and well what the hell before we hit the piss tonight I figered a fang over the local port hills to the Hilltop pub in the snow was a must.
So I sorted her a Aprila Touno, yeah she liked it specialy in the hills, but for the return ride I offered her my V11 Guzzi, with a grin (not having riden one before) she dissapaired with a rattle and sidways motion.
WELL... as we pulled over nearing home I said want the MV I was on or the Touno, Rashikas Buell maybe.. but NA... shes loving the Guzzi and wanted to keep riding it all the way home  now theres gota be some guttered Bueligons out there with dreams shattered hehe

I guess the choice of bike is personal.

She has been known to test ride other makes and models,
but none of them ever won the final battle for her heart the way her X-1 has....

bloody hell, I did have my reservations that she wouldnt, but there ya go. She mentioned something about the factory Nero Corsa paint job of the Guzzi was hotter than her creation.

yer she did start on about the colour.... but i think by the end of the call it was back to a blue/purple finish....

The big Iti shop up her way has a very rear 'V10 Bluviola Corsa' it is a retro street fighter style... if she was hinting at that Ill be so jelious.

Well now that I've finally stopped choking with laughter I better set the record straight!
The first part of Dangerous' post is correct. Loved the Aprilia in the hills and yes, I did turn down other bikes to stay on the mighty Moto Guzzi! The Guzzi was cool, something quite different and I would definately say yes to an offer to ride it again!
BUT
As for me selling the X1???
Silly silly Dangerous and AJ, do you really think the Buellers on here that know me would EVER believe that load of rubbish?
AJ, you are already in the shit so I hope you are bringing knee pads with ya when ya visit...you got a LOT of grovelling to do!
I would like to have a stable of bikes (god who wouldn't?) but the X1 is my pride n joy and the only other bike that comes close to her in my heart is an XB12R.
As for me snobbing this forum...sorry guys... work has been SHITE, lots of redundancies and I have been under huge stress. Our internet use is being monitored!!!!!
Anyways, I have scored a 2nd hand Puta for home and should be up and running soon so I will once again be a prolific poster!
