ya wooos... hahahha

I just find it much easier to negotiate tree roots in the bush when I can put my feet on ground!
Thats one of the things that is so great about HDs, on most models a shortish lady can still touch both feet on the ground. Deb is gonna be one happy Harley Honey

Cheers lads n BB. Obviously it's no Buell but what can you do? The girl's got attitude and knows what she wants. D'oh!!
She's got about 400k's on it and we're making the run in period as recommended by Ashley and Ian at North Coast, uaing long runs so extended hot engine times and rolling on and off through the gears, trying to make sure neutral's selected while rolling to a stop to bed everything in.
Seating position is good and it seems really small, more from the sit up and beg seat and the little tank probably.Great for Deb but not my cup of tea. Still fun to ride though gutless cause I don't want to break it. It needs to breath properly and a few mods but it's Deb's so the X1 needs a few things first.
As long as she's happy it's all good and we'll be able to share in my love of motorbikes too. Some long rides getting discussed for the future.
I'll get Deb signed up and she can post after she's done some my k's on it.

Very disgracefully at times BB. Nah, just kidding I'm good mostly.
I took Deb's Sporty after ringing her at work and asking permission of course yesterday. I am surprised how much I like it. Still very tight with about 600k's on it but starting to show what it'll end up like down the track. It's light and handles well. Engine could do with a tweak down the track with better breathing and farting maybe, but that's Debs baby so I'll keep my mouth shut and enjoy the ride when I get a chance to ride it.
Deb is starting to bond with it. The other day at the ser vo she was just looking at it and said " she's beautiful isn't she?" I smiled and said yep she is. It seems it's a she. I was thinking that too.
